My boys will be 3 in May, and one has done an awesome job potty training. The other thinks there are crocodiles in the toilet and is afraid of sitting on it. I showed him no crocs in the toilet, showed him how me, DH, DS and other DS can sit on the toilet just fine. Had my 4 yr old talk to him about it, and no success. We have crocodiles in our toilet! So, how do I get past this one and get him to try to go potty?

Hmmmm... we never had this issue!
Would he respond well to someone talking to him about how it's physically impossible for one to live in his toilet (beyond the fact that it'd be too big.. maybe something about toilet water being poisonous for crocodiles and other animals and fish)?

    Crocodile spray.

Like the dragon/monster spray! Spray it in the potty before he goes.

Other option would be to get a potty chair for the time being.

I was going to say get a potty chair until he grows out of it, but I think I like crocodile spray better! Definitely worth a try!
