this wednesday I will see my Ob, he said that he will make a vaginal exam, and I will do another U/S and NST

 

I had my BPP today and everything looked great 20 weeks along! I cant believe how big the babies are getting!

I have an OB appt. Wednesday the 2nd! Supposed to go to peri on 7th for NT ultrasound/blood work...not so sure bout that yet. You ladies do that one?

 

This is my first post (just found this website). My partner and I are expecting twins (boy and a girl!) with the help of a wonderful friend who is carrying the babies for us. Tomorrow (Tuesday) is our routine OB appointment. We're at 23w1d now and everything is going pretty well so far. The only thing they're watching is a marginal cord insertion for Baby A, but they both measured perfectly at our 20w US so that's reassuring. Our next US isn't until 26 weeks, but at least tomorrow I'll get to hear the heartbeats again. Hope everyone else's appointments go well this week!

 

yep smyle_alot sure did, it's a great time to see lots of baby parts(hands feet etc) and profiles! If they cooperate, they do bloodwork but good luck!
Congrats and welcome twodads! That's great! I have a good friend who is about to start the surrogacy process! But you will find great people and advice here! And yay same here a boy and a girl 28 weeks this week!

 

I did the testing, because, although I knew if anything came back off, I wouldn't change anything, but at least I would know (I am a huge planner!), plus DH's mom is adopted, so we didn't have a full family medical history... Did the testing, and everything came back negative

I'm going in this afternoon, was supposed to go Thursday and I'm hoping they will do the full appointment today so I don't have to go again this week.

I definitely did the testing, I don't care about the bloodwork but didn't feel like arguing. I did care about the ultrasound and was happy to have that and check on the babies.

 

First Post Ever!! Found out on Valentine's Day on a HPT that we were pregnant. This is our first pregnancy We went to the Doctor's yesterday to find out that we were not just having one baby but 2. We saw both babies and heard both heartbeats! I am 7 weeks and have a Due Date of 10/18/11. I am still in shock as well as my husband (as well as the rest of the family) but we are ready to learn as much as possible. I recently registered on the forums and hoping to seek advice, tips, and learn from all of you out there.

Just got back from a routine appt. and NST. Everything looks good. Induction is set for Friday morning!!! Finally!! I don't have the exact time yet; just waiting for the scheduler to call this afternoon to confirm things.

 

I have been seeing my doc since I was 5 weeks...well I go on the 3rd for my appt and I start the shots?Im not looking forward to that lol,but whatever keeps my little ones healthy.Then I have a vaginal ultrasound that same day a few hours later.I will be 16 weeks in a few days.

 

Had an appointment with the Peri today. Will be 35 weeks tomorrow. Baby boy is breech and weighs 6lb 0oz. Baby girl is vertex and weighs 5lb 4oz. Having such a hard time breathing lately with their positioning and weight. I want them out already yet I want to make sure they're as healthy as possible. Ugh!

 

Everything went great with our appointment yesterday. Love the doctors at Lehigh Valley's OB practice - they're all so wonderful! Our gestational carrier has gestational diabetes, but the doctors don't seem too worried. Seems like a normal occurrence with multiples.

 

Well our appt went ok...couldnt hear the heartbeats so we did a sonogram,they look good and have strong heart beats.I also had some protein in my urine,so that made me nervous.My doc said it wasnt very much.Then we had to do a ultrasound (MFM)both a regular ultrasound and one to check my cervical length.Everything looks really good.I did tell them about the pressure that I have felt and they say its not good.They said that I could have a irritable uterus,if it continues I may have to do bedrest and take some meds.Other than that the boys are doing great!

I go in on monday to do glucose test and for a general check up. Tuesday I see the peri for a more in depth ultrasound and to find out more about the babes. I still feel like I know little about them (whether they share a placenta, etc). I can't wait!!!

 

I had a standard fetal echo cardiogram on the twins yesterday and everything went great, no heart problems! I go back in May @ 30weeks to check again, and then he will check the babies between 1-months to make sure the holes have closed properly.

 

I'm new to the group. I just had my apt yesterday. The dr did an ultrasound to date the pregnancy and lo and behold there was two babies. I'm a little overwhelmed right now and go between wanting to laugh with joy and cry with fear. I have a 6yo and a almost 5yo so hopefully they will be a good help. They are already telling me I'm having one for each of them. My dr told me to take two prenatals but after doing some research it seems like most people take one so I'm sort of torn about that and the hospital I was originally going to deliver at doesn't have a nicu so now I'm going to have to deliver at the hospital I don't like because it's the only one in the area with a nicu. Hopefully we can go full term and won't need it but I don't want to depend on that.
