Mine will walk soon. My husband and I bet when they will be walking? I say at their BD. But Husband says before that.

So when did your twins start walking? TIA!

Jack took his first step at 10 months and was fully walking by 10.5 months. JT was walking along furniture and transferring between furniture walking at 10.5 months but did not fully walk until 13.5 months:)

I count fully walking to mean when they prefer walking over crawling;)

yes totally agreed. I think when they can walk well, then its walking. if they talk couple steps and fall, its not walking to me. Cruising around furniture is not walking either lol.

I also heard that if they start talking early, they will start walking late.

At almost 14 months (11.5 adjusted) Samantha is on the verge of walking- I swear, any day now! Alexis won't even lock her legs when we try to get her to stand. Stubborn child...

They took their first very hesitant steps around 10.5 months, and were completely walking around 11.5 months. Now they are running - lol! Everyone had told me "oh, it will be way worse when they can walk", but honestly, I love it. I can say "come on boys, let's go change your diapers" and they follow me down the hall, rather than me having to carry them both. And they have been much less fussy now that they are more mobile.

Mine didn't take their first steps until they were 14 months and weren't full time walking until close to 18 months. And they're not talking either  Just developing at their own darn pace.

No matter how much we prod them, huh? I keep making Alexis practice standing and she gives me the most impatient look. "Ma, I'll do it when I do it!"

DD started walking full time by 11 months. My DS took his first steps around 12 months but did not start walking full time until 14 months.

C started walking at 9.5 months and K was closer to 10-10.5 months. C was a crazy walker though. They both took their first steps right at 9 months and C took off running soon after. K is more cautious and wanted to get it right before she started walking too much

I totally agree! I have been waiting for this and I am so happy my days of constantly carrying around 2 babies are coming to an end :). My girls just started to walk 99% of the time this week (they are 13.5 months). I LOVE it...it's so freakin cute to see 2 little people toddling around the house!!!

Sarah started walking a little around 10 or 10.5 months, Allison right at 11 months. They didn't even start sitting up until 7 months, so we were shocked for them to have went through the crawling stage so quickly.

My Michelle is the same way. She couldn't even sit up before Xmas. Since Xmas until now, she went through sitting, crawling, standing up, cruising stages now she enter climbing. they both use my bump to climb up to the couch and scoot backward to get down. Really??

Finley was 15.5 months, Sullivan was 16 months. They sat up at 7 months, but didn't start to crawl until 2 weeks before their 1st birthday!

My baby A (which did nothing else first compared to her twin) walked 6 days after their first birthday. Baby B took longer and was 24 days after their bday.

Both of mine were between 13-14 months. But they didn't sit up on their own until 9 months and were crawling at 10 months. Alice walked first, Royce was much faster crawling so he didn't like to walk or stand to get around.

Nicholas started walking on October 4, 2008. It was two weeks before his first birthday, and the day of his birthday party. That's the day I count of him taking off. Anthony started walking on Christmas Eve 2008. And Annabella started on July 6, 2009.

So in short, they were 12, 13, and 14 months old. :)
