    Down .4. Obviously, I'd love more, but last week was great, and I think this week will be great. Down 6 total since January 9.

    *sigh* Down .2. I should be happy, and I kinda am. I may not have lost a ton, but I did have some non scale victories! At least I think so! I will start a new post about that though... So I am now at an even 210 lbs.

    Funny thing is, I woke up telling myself that even if I went down .2 I'd be happy. Funny how it changes when you do just that! Lol!
