Body Parts--Funny

So the babies are learning their body parts. They have learned where their heads are and where their noses are. Henry will proudly say "There" when he points to them. The other night, DH was giving them a bath and Jacob poked Henry's nipple. My husband told him "don't poke him in the nipple". My husband, thinking he was funny then said "Jacob, do you know where your nipples are?" and Jacob pointed to his own. LOL. So, we have head, nose and nipples. Not quite the progression we expected.

We are now trying to figure out how he learned it.

 

Ha, that's so cute!! He probably likes the word "nipple", so that's why he remembers it. My guys think that word is hysterical!

 

Oh I am pretty sure guys never grow out of thinking it is funny.

my girls learned eyes, ears, nose, vagina. DH thought i was weird but i figured, hey, it's a body part too, they should know it.

 

We were talking about this over the weekend with a friend and he told us about his son that was going through the "parents as teachers" and they asked him where his wrist was and he said he sat there and thought about it (but they had never talked about wrist) so he said - I don't know but I have a wiener, want me to show you?? Haha, I guess that is a story that sticks with you!!

Royce runs around the house screaming, "I HAVE A PEEEENNNIIIIIISSSSSSS" makes me laugh every time! Alice is a little obsessed with boobies though.

I bet your older son taught them nipple.

 

My girls have been pointing to my boobies forever and just recently discovered each other's nipples. They still haven't noticed they have their own! I think it's cute

 

One of my girls is obsessed with my bra and what lies underneath. It is kinda funny until she starts reaching her hand down my shirt and digging around. BOth of my girls also think it is very fun to say "butt" even though neither of them know where it is.

 

speaking of bras, i was getting dressed the other day & as i put my bra on Danika sagely announced that "mommy's num nums hiding". :laughing:

 

My two are in kindergarten and one of their homework assignments was to write 5 words that begin with B, and they had to be objects found around the house. The first three out of their mouths were butt, boobs and balls. My husband couldn't stop giggling in the other room and said he was thinking the same thing. Just goes to show you, they don't grow out of it!!

For the longest time my guys have called my bra a "boob pocket".

 

One of our boys is really interested in his, and his brother's, belly button. He can't say that yet though, so he calls it a "bop bop." It is SO cute.

 

This is too funny. I could see my 6 year old doing that.

 

the one day Ian pointed to DH's nipples and asked what they were (DH had just come out of the shower and was shirtless)...so Tony told him "nipples"...Ian then asked "daddy what are they for" to which Tony replied "on you son, decorations" :rofl:
