Does anyone have a TAG reader? Do I need 2 or is it something they can share? Any good Wii game recommendations for preschoolers??

We have 2 tag jr's and they are programmed to say the girls' names when you turn them on. I'm not sure if the tag is the same, but if so, I'd say get 2.

We have the TAG. This is a definite one each for us. They play with it at the same time. As far as Wii games, I ordered the girls Dora Saves the Crystal Kingdom and Jump Start Pet Rescue. I searched Wii Early Childhood Games on Amazon and these were a few that came up.

We have TAG readers. I would definitely recommend getting 2 since they always seem to want to use them at the same time. Great for in the car or while waiting for the older siblings at dance, hockey, etc.!

Ditto this, we have two and use them a lot at Dr visits and long car rides!

I'd get 2 different colors too. It's easy for the girls to tell them apart. The girls have nihi kolan and it's pretty easy

I got two of the same color so there would be no fighting over who got which color.

Then they can't tell them apart and you can't use the learning info

True, but I don't really use the learning info anyway. :pardon: With my two, even with two colors they would use each other's as often as their own. But I can definitely see two colors would be great if you can keep them only using one! :good:

I missed this part earlier. My two love Wii Play and Mario Kart. I know other people with young kids who have recommended de Blob (which I am getting my two for Christmas) and Pajama Sam (we used to have the computer game when the older kids were little & it was great!). I have also heard Mario Party or Wii Party is good.

We skip the TAG Jr when we brought the TAG last year for their 3rd birthday presents. They did had trouble with the big pen the first month but they got a hand on it. They just hold the pen near their ear to listen to the story that all they really do. They don't use the pen to guide the story just click the buttons whatever they choose. They came out with a newer pen that is more easier but not so sure of the memory size. We brought 2 pens but didn't get the girl/boy pen. We put label onto the pens so with their names on it (the one you can get from work or at Office Max).

We also brought the Wii as a family xmas gift last year. We play Wii every Fridays as family time and the kids love it. We still have not brought any new games for xmas this year yet.
