I hate this time of year, when I have to try and find christmas outfits for boy/girl twins, I usually like them to somewhat match especially for christmas pics, but I have been threw every store,, and cant find anything... Forget about finding anything cute for boys, its the same old same old stuff.....

I got very lucky and find some stuff on Zulily a month ago... first time they'll actually have matching outfits. We're getting pictures done this week end so we're done with it.

I haven't started looking yet this year, BUT....I had luck with matching outfits from Childern's Place last year.

Have you checked Gymboree and Hanna Anderson? Both have matching family sets.

I've gotten good luck actually with going to a used store and getting at least one of the outfits from a prior year's fashion... then it seems easier to find something to match. sounds crazy... but I've gotten some really cute sets. good luck!!

I had to buy early this year since we had a party to attend over the weekend. Here is what I got...

I always have had great luck at The Children's Place. And if I wait just long enough, I can get it on sale...

cute picture! that's kinda what I have been able to do... not sure if yours came from the same store or not, but the boy's outfit can be out together to match the girl's outfit! love it when a plan comes together!

I have g/g twins so I don't have much to add to this discussion. But I just wanted to say to Tina, OMG I literally said outloud alone in my office "OOOOOHHH SO CUTE!" when I opened your picture. Love it!

I agree b/g outfits are had to find. And I hate to spend much when they wear them for such a short time.

We have luck at Childrens Place. Anna has a dress that is primarily ivory with red and black plaid pattern, and Jack has black cords and a red sweater with a white shirt with black stripes under it. Matches but isn't too matchy.

I bought Argyle sweater vests for the boys this year at Children's place. They are wearing them in my siggie. They also sell a red and black version. They do have little girls dresses in red or black. I think something like that would match well.
Here's a couple of the links:

They have cute dressy twill pants for boys. I'm planning on getting my guys a pair in grey to go with their sweaters.

Tina, your kids always look cute... but this picture is especially awesome! I love how the outfits match but aren't "matchy-matchy".

I think this year we're going to do either xmas pajama pictures or scarf/hat pictures. Something different.

The pictures are so cute! Yes, I have to agree that The Children's Place DO have cute matching Holiday clothes and their sales too. I found a dress through Target 'online' because we are doing silvery/black this year. Their holiday picture (green/red) last year was adorable as I got them through 'Etsy' online retail (love their custom made clothes/hair bows/etc.) I do not know how to post pictures on here either.

Here what I can show you for this year--
