If you can't find any sea names, I like the nature idea. There are lots to choose from.

Mar means sea in Spanish and there are several of girl names starting with Mar.

    Marina
    Marisol (literally Sea and Sun)
    Marcela
    Maribel

I like Marina and Cordelia. (If that's not too close to your oldest's name.)

I like Isla and Cordelia a lot.
This page has a lot of female water names, though you might want to double-check the meanings:
    Water names for girls

    Good ones from it:
    Nadia - dew
Araxie - a river inspiring poetic expression. Never heard this name before, but it's nice.
Vivian - Lady of the Lake
    Rilla - brook
    Lana - afloat

Nadia/Nadya/Nadiya is also the Russian/Slavic nickname for Hope. The full name is Nadezhda.

This one is a stretch: Madison, the name of the mermaid in Splash.
Otherwise I agree with Meximel on the name Marisol. I think it's beautiful and perfectly captures the theme you have going.

Two names I've heard and like that have a 'water' theme are:
    Sailor
    Lakely

How is Isla pronounced? I thought it was I-la, but my Mom ran into an old friend of mine who named her daughter this and my Mom swore she called her A-la.

To me, it's Spanish meaning island. I pronounce it E-sla. Like the "eat", but "easla"

I'm with Kathy. How odd that it would be pronounced anything other than ee-slah.

I thought it was I-la (EYE-la) or EE-sla, that's why I was surprised when I heard it could be A-la.
I've heard of the actress Isla Fisher, so I looked her up and her name is pronounced I-la (EYE-la).
    Very pretty either way.
