Hi I'm new here

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Leanne and I'm a mom of 3 under 3. My daughter Isabelle was born Feb 25/08. She's a beautiful, loving, energetic, smart, silly, serious, wonderful little girl. She was exactly 13 months old when Madeline and Aidan arrived on March 25/09. The twins were born by c section as Aidan was breech. Maddy was 8lbs and Aidan was 7lbs. I can't believe we are coming up to age 2 in 6 months! The first year with twins and a 13 month old was such a blur. But life has calmed down some, we have a good routine for ourselves and we really have been blessed with 3 wonderful children. While I would love to have a fourth, having twins scared me enough to tell myself I'm happy where I'm at. I never thought twins was possible but I guess I was wrong. I look forward to meeting other Mommy's and families of twins. Glad I've finally found a site dedicated to twins.

Thanks everyone! I feel very welcomed. Yes, life with 3 under 3 is crazy and I think the first year
of my twins life was a bit of a blur, but we've managed and are doing really well. Lots of people always ask
"How do you do it", and I guess to be honest I've been blessed with really great kids and they have made my life
so far fairly easy. That doesn't mean I didn't have days where I cried every chance I got to be a lone. Or called
my husband and told him either he came home from work or I was walking out the door! You do what you have to do. And I'm sure
you all know that just as well as I do. It's nice to come to a forum of parents of multiples and not be asked all the same old
silly questions. It's take a lot for me not to smack the next person who says to me "wow you must be busy"!! lol.

I will be a mom to 3 under 3 very soon! My twin boys will be 2 in Nov. and their baby sister will arrive a month later! GULP!

 

Welcome! I just have my two right now. I admire all you mommies with 3 or more . My DD was breech so she forced the C-section too

It is comforting to know that you are surviving... I am right in the thick of it with 19 month old twin boys and their 2 month old brother!! Yikes! Welcome to the forum!

 

Hi! Wow...7 and 8 lbs! I have 3 under 3 as well(our oldest son will be 3 next month and the twins are 17 months now, they are 18 months apart from their BIG brother)..life at our house is crazy in the eyes of others but it is our normal to us. I would have to admit I would never have planned for it this way but I also would not change a thing! I couldn't imagine life without all of them. I would like a 4th also a couple of years from now, but I can't take the chance of going on bedrest for 3 months again.. this time with 3 other kids to worry about as well(short cervix)! Look forward to seeing u on here again.
