Pee going all over my carpet?

So I am pretty sure my girls are very close to being potty trained. With my DS I put him in the thick Gerber training undies and when he would have an accident it would just soak the undies. Well I bought the same ones for my girls and when they have an accident it wets the undies but goes right onto the carpet. I am not going to go around cleaning pee out of our carpet. What is the deal? Why did they work with my DS and not the girls? Any suggestions?

 

We bought some training pants that had a plastic liner in them but were Terry cloth inside and cotton outside. We bought them from bright beginnings. It maybe the boy/girl difference, with a girl all the pee is going straight down, where with a boy it might start closer to the top of the pants with more area to absorb?

 

I looked online but can't find them, any ideas where I could get them?

 

We used the thick gerber cloth training pants for my b/g twins and they held more liquid than a normal pair of underwear would, but never the entire amount. :hug: We invested in a carpet shampooer at that time! Good luck!

 

Yup, that's what I use too, but they're not cutting it with the girls.

 

One step ahead has our fav but they can be ordered from amazon. They are dri days or dri nights. The girls found then really comfy
