Gift idea for Dad

It is my SO's birthday next week and I am looking for gift ideas from the boys. Any suggestions? He works out of state so is gone for 3 weeks at a time then is home for 3 weeks at a time.

 

Maybe foot prints from both babies?

 

Is he a coffee drinker? If so, look at the photo mugs on Walgreens or Snapfish. You select 12-15 photos and print them on a mug. My DH has one from his birthday last year.

 

I would check out snapfish and the like as well. Sometimes they have some great ideas on there!

Does he grill? You could make an apron with their handprints/footprints-with some catchy saying if you wanted.

What about a calendar? Those are pretty easy to make online.

 

How about one of those digital photo keychains. You can upload some pictures of the kids. You can change it every couple of months so he has up to date photos. Or maybe a digital picture frame he can sit in his motel room (or where ever he sleeps when out of town) with up to date pics of the kids.

 

We went to a paint your own pottery place. I bought one mug and wrote I love dad. Then I painted their palms and put a hand print of each on there and wrote each of their names beside it. I think I just left the mug white and painted the handle a solid color. He uses that thing every day.
