What? Vaccination reports.

    I looked online to see the vaccinations for the twins. They've had everything, including Hep A. But, in the reports we are 'out of compliance' for a few.. but the 'funny/strange' thing is, is that they are not out of compliance for the same things! :shok:

    Maybe the dr's office didn't get them all updated?

    Where did you look online? Is it your Dr office that has it online?

    No.. the school. I'm going to stop and get a copy of it at the dr's office today. And at second glance, their records match up. They've gotten all the shots that were offered so I can't see that they should be missing any!
