13 weeks and new here

    Hello! I am 13 weeks pregnant with Twins! I am excited and nervous. I have a 7 year old daughter and she is so excited. I was just wondering something. I have been having a lot of pain around my uterus area is this normal? It gets so bad I can't even move sometimes.

    As for the pain, could it be round ligament stretching? I would contact your OB to double check.

    Yeah that's what my OB said but I just didn't imagine it would be this bad so early in my pregnancy!

    My round ligament pain was so bad that I thought I was having an etopic pregnancy. Mine started around 10 weeks.

    The round ligament pain came early for me as well. I also had a lot of discomfort around the belly button area, burning/stinging sensation that would come and go. I thought with my twin pregnancy everything came about 2-3 months earlier than with a singleton pregnancy, that is as far as the discomforts - back pain, sleeping positions, round ligaments. Always call your Dr if you are really concerned. Congratulations on your twin pregnancy!

    Congratulations on your twins!! I may be a little biased, but twins are the BEST!! There's nothing better than ending the day snuggling with multiple newborn babies!

    Well I have a while to go still but I can't wait to snuggle with my newborn twins! I remember holding my daughter and rocking her the joy I felt when she looked at me and smile. This time I will have double the love, joy, and smiles. I feel so blessed!!!

    Welcome! I am a somewhat newbie here as well. Currently 15w2d and I also have a 15 year old son and a 12 year old daughter. This will definitely be an experience for our family!

    Congrats on your twins! :) :) I too had that RL pain - thought it was because it was my 4th pg! LOL
