Just wondering what toys your LO's love. We live in a tiny, tiny apartment and so have not gone crazy with the toy-buying...but I am starting to notice that J&D want nothing to do with the toys they have, which we bought when they were 3 months old. There's tons of stuff on the web, and I know sometimes the best things are household items such as tupperware...but what should I be getting them to help with development? They are on track developmentally, but at the slower end of the spectrum - sitting up and crawling but not pulling up to stand, and not really interacting with clapping and games like peek a boo just yet (except one time when I think D actually did play peek a boo with me...). Anyway, any suggestions appreciated! Thanks!

An activity table. You can start with the legs off, and as they start pulling up you can put the legs back on it. My girls used an activity table for a long time!

Do they have an exersaucer? My girls loooove theirs. So much so that we just bought a second one (and we also live in a small apartment)! I would HIGHLY recommend the Evenflo Triple Fun Activity Learning Center because it converts from an exersaucer to an activity table once they are walking. We also have a Jolly Jumper-like apparatus that hangs from a doorway (so you don't need much space for it).

ETA: If you are looking for a small yet intriguing developmental toy, my gals also love their Whoozit - they chew on it, shake it and generally adore it.

How about the fisher-price laugh and learn farm house? My guys got that at about 8 mos and still love it everyday.

They also love their music activity table as PP have mentioned. It was great play for on the floor and with the legs on. Now that they are pushing things around/walking, they like to push it around the house.

Any wheeled toys? They are going to really be moving soon!
