My twin boys used to eat their last milk meal at around 8 in bed and then sleep straight ahead but now the second part has stopped. I was wondering do you feed the last meal in bed or should i feed them intheir play room before going to bed? What do you do? what does work for you?

I always gave them their bedtime milk before they went up to bed. Now that they are older, they get their last cup of milk about an hour before bedtime. I also would do quiet time and read them stories downstairs while they drank their milk.

We always did the last milk before bed downstairs before going up to their rooms. Once they were older and started having a snack and small cup of milk that has always been at the table. :good:

We give our last milk with dinner at about 6:00 and they go to bed at 7:30. We have never given milk in bed, though, so I don't know what a transition would be like. We used to give them bottles before bed, but once we switched to milk and sippy cups we stopped giving them anything at all after dinner.

We have always done milk downstairs while reading a book, before going up to brush their teeth & put them in bed.

We do our last drink at dinner time in their high chairs. Usually about an hour before bed. I hope this helps!

Since transitioning to cow's milk, we've always done a sippy of warmed milk while sitting in the rocker in their room, reading a bedtime story. Then we brush teeth afterward. We'll probably get rid of the "last milk" sometime around 2; they don't really need it any more, but it's a holdover from the days when they were sooo tiny and underweight that I was trying to get every last calorie in them. :)

We do sippies of milk in their room after pjs are on & what is supposed to be our wind down time. (more like wind up & play all you can before you are put into your cribs!)
We brush their teeth & also Spiffie them too.
Milk 7:30pm, Start bedtime routine 8pm, lights out 8:30pm.

We do sippy cups of milk in the living room before going to bed. I've never given milk in their beds. I just want to mention you might want to be careful that they aren't falling asleep with milk in their mouth, it can cause tooth decay, sometimes really badly :) Might want to let them have some water and brush their teeth after their milk :)
