at 24/25 weeks would you wear a.....

bikini?? We are going to Hawaii in a couple weeks. I need to do some major clothes shopping since I only have winter maternity clothes right now.... I tried my bikini on and it fits. Im not 100% sure on wearing it though! LOL I mean I feel comfortable wearing it because Im use to the belly but how about everyone else on the beach?? And its not like I know anyone there which helps too!! Would you wear a bikini at 24 or 25 weeks on vacation with just your husband?

 

I did - I say go for it!

 

Sure - I will never let my belly see the light of day now but didn't see a problem with it when it was supposed to be big!

I did and I will! I think women are beautiful when they are pregnant & I felt very goddess like and was very comfortable showing it off. I say go for it!

 

I am 28 weeks and just got back from a vacay where I wore one all weekend. Do it! I'm actually way more comfortable in My bikinis when I'm pregnant than when I'm not ;-). Get that belly some sun!! Oh - but TOTALLY sunscreen it or you'll get a kickin' burn right on top in a perfect circle. The top of your bump is like a beacon for every UV out there - trust me, I know

 

I say do it if you feel like it. I am in a Pregancy Water Aerobics class and some of the ladies in that class also wear a bikini. Enjoy your trip.

I wouldn't only because I've never been comfortable in one, even before babies. But if you feel comfortable then do it! I've seen plenty of pregnant women in bikinis and I think it's cute!

 

I probably wouldn't, just because I don't look good in a bikini even when not pregnant. However, I think if you feel comfortable then go for it. I would never judge a pregnant woman for wearing one or think anything of it if I saw you on the beach.

 

I'm with everyone else. If you are comfortable with it, go for it! I wouldn't only because I have never been comfortable in a bikini not because I'm pregnant!

 

I did just for the fact that it's very hard to find a pregnancy swim suit that fits over a twin belly. Go for comfort!

 

Absolutely! A friend of mine wore a bikini with both of her pregnancies until she delivered. She always looked so cute, and it's not like she's the thinnest person around. It was just adorable to see her proudly showing off her big belly. I didn't wear one with the girls but that's because I was on bedrest and it wasn't really warm enough anyway.

 

I did and loved it! Even when I got stretch marks. I loved my pregnant belly. If you are comfortable, DO IT!!! Nobody will say anything! Pregnancy is beautiul

I plan to, since a bikini is way less expensive than a maternity one piece! My only issue is finding a top that will hold my boobs lol! I feel like my body looks better pregnant than it did before I was pregnant, anyway. I used to be overweight and lost about 60 lbs before I became pregnant, so I had a flabby icky stomach without even having kids, so now that the babies are growing into it, it looks okay! lol.

ANYWAY I think pregnant bellies look great shown off.

 

I totally would have!!! Show off that belly and be proud!
