i put the LO's down at 1:45 and they are STILL SLEEPING! the LO that constantly wakes up, screams and needs to be held...WELL. i had to go in twice and just rub his head until he stopped kicking. i was only in his room for about 15 seconds! i turned him to his side, and voila! THATS IT!

    i think its working!!!!! :thanks:

    i love you guys! :grouphug:

What are you doing that is working??? I may need to try it! Naps have been hit or miss this week with my girls. I'm hoping it doesn't continue that way!

i've always had to rock them to take naps. recently i've been putting them down about 25 mins or so BEFORE their actual nap time. i do hold them until they are calm and not kicking. once down, i rub their heads, pat their backs and close the door, LOL. its been a tough couple of days where i was just going to lose it. once they FINALLY fall asleep (which isn't really the issue...its STAYING asleep) i had to go back in, re-rub heads and calm him down once again.

i just couldn't let them scream, so i had to go in every 10 mins and re-soothe. to be honest, i've been doing it since monday and he's been doing so much better. he woke up 2 times today and all i had to do was rub his head. NOW - yesterday i HAD to pick him up bc he screamed so loudly he woke his brother up.

i hth...not sure if i gave you any advice you havent already heard!
