What happened to keeping them away from Adrian? :p That is ages away from here so I think we're safe (at least this time :p).

I think it is funny that mobiles now have higher resolutions than our camera (which isn't even a 5MP).

My weekend is going good, lovely seeing my aunt and uncle and their new baby, HATE sydney driving! to many exits at stop signs and stuff and traffic and my GPS took me odd ways. I am over driving in general done about 1000km since Monday :headbang: Uni tomorrow, Nowra Tuesday, Uni wednesday (taking Mums car as Chloes going for her Ps) Thursday SLEEEP/uni work, Friday Uni. so another 500Km this week that I have to do :( I want to play with my new toy  How was your weekend

Im sorry your having such a hard time. Sucks about the phone :( At you are kinda enjoying your weekend, besides the driving i hate traffic too. Wow girl you need a break, When you move you wont have to drive as much will you? it will cost you a fortune if you have to keep driving 500+kms a week.
My weekend is okay, busy, we are havin a youth weekend at our church, been good, just very tired and sore.. at least tomorrow and can rest.. Alisha is up at our friends place from church, i would of stayed over but pretty difficult with my feet the way they are..

Thankfully my car is easy on petrol it does about 600km on a tank which costs about $55 to fill up so its pretty good, although my parents are paying for the driving up to sydney and back since it was for them. No when I move it would be only like 100km a week I have to drive!

That would be fun, glad you had a good weekend and get to rest tomorrow :)

Is this right say if I did this:

Saville, Kerrie ‘Exploding the stability myth: structural change in the Australian trade union movement, 1969-85.’ Labour History, no.96, May 2009: 155-176, accessed 15/3/2010, informit.

Do they specify a specific format? There are a number of bibliographic/citation styles and it will depend on which one you need to follow or if you just choose one.

What you have looks correct although there is normally a full-stop after the author name.

Here are some examples from one style.

    They want the Harvard method.

These are how the 3 turned out.

This is the first time I have ever done it so its confusing, I havent been told how to do it before.

Ignore the link in my previous post as it seems Wollongong uses the Harvard Referencing style (the link was for MLA). It even has a handy style guide here. Click on Journal Article then choose "online" from the drop down.

According to the example listed on that page:

Your reference would be something like this:

Welcome to the wonderful world of university referencing styles, the most annoying (but among the most important) parts of university projects :p

I should add that the italics are important (although some professors are less picky about it than others).

The bold part - I hate it already! ;)

Part of being a university student is that you shouldn't need to be told how to do things - you should be able to look things up and teach yourself how to do it. University lecturers/professors are there to guide and assist in this process, not to spoon-feed you step-by-step instructions ;)

It is confusing which is why I try to have the computer do most of them (and I just fix the little issues). From the ones you have listed you should be sure that they are all consistent in style - your first and third references use a single speech mark around the title while your middle one uses double speech marks. The style guide on the UOW website indicates you should use one but it is probably better to be incorrect but consistent than sometimes correct and sometimes incorrect.

It is exactly why I have a computer program do the referencing for me - but I still dislike the Harvard referencing style.
