Thanks Ladies!!! Now I have my wish list all ready for what I might want to read soon. I just got a Nook for my anniversary and love it. Currently I am reading Breaking Dawn again (I know, I'm a dork) and Jacquelyn Frank's Damien. I like the steamy books once in a while.

Just finished reading Graceling by Kristin Cashore and have begun Mockingjay!! Yay!! After Mockingjay, I will begin a series I just learned from An Aussie friend who blogged about the opening of the movie over there. When I saw the trailer I was like HOLY CRAP MATE. It looks sooooooo good and based on the trailer alone, I want to read the series. It's called Tomorrow When The War Began and it's by Australian Author John Marsden. It is YA so if that's not your think, you may not be interested. *shrugs* Anyway, I'm super psyched. She's sending the series to me from Australia because believe it or not it's hard to find around here (Barnes and Nobles only had the first book in the series in hardcover.)

Some other great YA stuff I've read recently if anyone is interested is:

The Year of Secret Assignments by Jaclyn Moriarty (another Aussie author)
Some Girls Are by Courtney Summers
    Paper Towns by John Green

I've really gotten hooked by the new fiction novel Cutting for Stone by Abraham Verghese. Only quarter into the novel...great character development and emotion thus far and the narrator is a twin!

Just finished reading the memoir Let's Take the Long Way Home: A Memoir of Friendship by Gail Caldwell. This one had me choked up for a bit.

Really, really looking forward to Louise Penny's newest Inspector Gamache mystery novel which will be available at the end of September!!!

Just found out they are making the passage into a movie it's going to be out in 2013, which is funny because the book starts around that time.

Sometimes I'll pick up books that I think my soon to be teenage son will like. I loved Hunger Games and found out that the author, Suzanne Collins, has another series that she had written earlier. They are Gregor the Underlander, and so far I am on book 3 and they are really good for those of you who have pre-teens, or if you like a quick easy read.

I'm bored with the Stephanie Plum series. Sizzling Sixteen got on my nerves.
I love all of Sophie Kinsella's books, so I'm looking forward to that one.

I just finished Mennonite in a Little Black Dress. I highly recommend. I laughed out loud several times and chuckled through the whole book. It's a memoir written by a Mennonite woman after her husband leaves her for Bob, his lover he met on gay.com

I just finished reading One Day and I thought that was good with a very bittersweet ending.
I started a book that my BF loaned me This Lovely Life by Vicki Forman, it's about the birth of her preemie twins (born at 23 weeks).

I'm reading Between Sisters by Kristin Hannah for my book club. I normally read supernatural series, so this is more serious and dramatic than what I'm used to. I'm about 25% through the book so far and think it's pretty good.
