    OK
so i kept careful track of how today's new schedule went.

    8:30 – 6.5 oz and fruit/cereal
    10:00 – 10:45 – nap
    11:45 – 8 oz bottle
    2:00 – 3:25 – nap
    3:45 – 8oz bottle
    5:45 - solids
    8 – 7 oz bottle

my LO's spit up a lot after their 3:45 bottle and were once again; not interested in eating their solids for dinner.
i just took them out of the bath and they keep spitting up! i feel horrible feeding them at 8!

    i welcome any help!! :grouphug:

    Okay,
I'm basically going to type up my hand out from my pedi.
    Hope it helps.
    8-10 months recommendations
Formula or breastmilk 3times day for a total of 18-24oz My boys are slowing down with the bottles, but I need too cut one more out. I'll probably skip a.m. bottle and feed the breakfast earlier.
    Infant cereal 3-5TBSP
Soft Cooked veggies or fruits 4 TBSP 2 times per day
Ground or chopped meat egg yolk or beans 1-3 Tbsp a day.
    May start yogurt and cheese
finger foods and juice okay 2-4oz from sippy cup

How about cutting the number of ounces down in the 3:45 bottle? Maybe it was just too much.

    i'll try that today.
i am worried they wont nap long at their 2 nap bc they are hungry?
i know all my questions are annoying, lol. i just want to get them back on track and feeding them well. AND i want them to eat their solids!

8 oz is a lot. I'd cut back on the ounces. It is strange.. sometimes my babies slept better after a minimal feeding! I think they are just taking in too much. Perhaps add an extra feeding if you are worried about them not getting enough... just split the ounces up.

so 4 bottles and instead of 8 oz, do 7?
they *were* getting 5 bottles of 6.5 oz.

*I* would TRY 4 oz at 3:45 and then another 4 oz maybe an hour or so later before the solids feeding. I know you want to encourage their solids, but the formula is what they need. Solids are just practice.
