My twins are here!

    Hi all,

    Just a really quick email that my babies made their appearance in the world. We had a baby girl and boy on Jan 11th via c-section. They were 36+ 5 days gestation. Baby boy weighed 5 pounds 11 oz and baby girl 5 pounds 4 oz. Both did not require any time in NICU and had apgar scores of 9.

    I'm recovering well from my c-section and overall it wasn't too bad. I'll share more details in a few days.


    Good luck to those about to start this journey. My only advice as a new mom of 1 week is get LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of help. We have both sets of parents alternating day help and running all of our errands and cooking.
