Hi all; Was sitting quietly at a stoplight daydreaming the other day.....and felt 3 distinct little flutters - it was a positive feeling and I just KNEW it was the babies...but I am only 8 weeks along....do you think I am crazy? I didn't even tell my doctor as I figured she'd say, "No, it's just gas. " It was not gas. :air_kiss:

I felt my twins at around 13-14 weeks- much sooner than I did with my singleton. 8 weeks is pretty early to feel them move- maybe it was ligament stretching? I do remember feeling those little pulls and tugs in the early weeks... Either way- it was probably baby related!! Congratulations!

    Yeah it was gas.

    Are those your first babies?

I've heard people claim feeling babies very very soon, but I have never heard anyone talk about 8 weeks before. I'm sorry but I don't think that's possible.

I am in general very skinny and 2 out of 3 pregnancies I've had the placenta in the back (thus baby kicks are felt sooner) but still the first I've felt is week 13.

I felt my DS during my first pregnancy around 16 weeks and with this twin pregnancy I started feeling them around 14 weeks. And even then it was still questionable whether it was gas or baby flips.

Not at 8 weeks. I don't think that was the baby.

I felt those flutters around 15 weeks with the boys, and around the same time with this baby. However, this baby is a thumper, not a flutterer.

8 weeks is still too early, but you will be feeling them soon!

I started feeling the babies around 14 weeks. I feel them earlier & earlier with each pregnancy :)

I felt first movement with my girls at 10 weeks. I believe that it is way possible that you felt movement! I had also bought a heartbeat monitor to see if we could listen to their heart beats and we could hear their heartbeats as well.

Feeling movement and hearing the heartbeat with a doppler are actually not connected in any way. ;)

Oh and I could also totally feel flutters even earlier than 8 weeks. It was usually followed by a fart though.

I bet you will feel it soon!! In my last pg when it started out with quads I had movement at around 10-11 weeks and they said it was possible at 10-11 weeks because I had 4 in there moving around. I guess ya never know but that would be the earliest I have even heard of.
