my family consists of....

Yesterday dh and I were informed that we no longer have 2 baby girls. We have 3 bubbas and 1 big girl and 1 dinosaur. Addison is our dinosaur and she is pink. AND she cannot wear her shoes because "didn't you know dinosaurs have no feets". I guess now it makes since that she did not want Dawson looking at her last week, since she was morphing into a dinosaur and all - we just had no idea! :rotflmbo:

So I was wondering what your family consists of?

My dd likes to pretend she's a cat whose name is Sam. ardon: Not quite sure where she got the name from but okay.

 

Liam is a "baby dog". He barks, he crawls around, he begs for treats and often does this at 4 or 5 in the morning. When you hear a panting puppy crawling into your bedroom in the middle of the night, it's a little disconcerting. Especially when you know you don't have a dog.

 

My girls always say this to us....

"DUDE" DH
"GAL" Me, of course
"CHICKIES" this is what the girls call themselves

and sometimes a "tatorhead and matorhead" nicknames my BIL gave to the girls that they call themselves.

 

Right now we have a "No Woys No" and a "me Alisssss"

And Royce is calling himself "me woy" and "AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHwhine whimper whine"

 

Today Cricket is a coyote who can only walk by tiptoeing and Piper is a boy named Benjamin (who has a little brother named Tito, according to her). She's been carrying the imaginary Tito all over the house.

 

At the moment, it often consists of Mommy, Daddy, Min (the cat), Caillou, and Rosie. Only instead of being 4 and 2(?) like they are in the show, our Caillou is "Baby Caillou" and talks like a toddler, and our Rosie is 11. (Why 11? Not a clue.)

 

That is too cute!! :laughing: We have a mom, dad, and two "buddies". They play either baby, cat, or dog everyday with each other. I will call them for dinner and Emma will say "You no call me Emma mommmy, I'm buddy". :rofl:

:woah: You know my cat's name is Sam, right? :blink:

 

Michelle, that is so funny because I am NOT allowed to call Meghan buddy. If I do, she says "Mama, I am not a buddy!" It is a term which apparently we are only to use on boys in this house.

I forgot to mention that my family also sometimes consists of:

Lightning McQueen, The King, Chick Hicks, Sally, and Flo

OR

Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessy, Bo-peep and Mr. Potato Head (and Liam did decide that Daddy is Mr. Potato Head all on his own :laughing: ).

 

Noodle and Doodle - not sure where this came from but they started calling each other Noodle and Doodle the other day...

 

Do they watch Wow Wow Wubzy? There was an episode where they were spies named Noodle and Doodle!

Mine love to pretend they are cats or dogs. I prefer when they are cats, because the lil doggies love licking and kissing everything. YUCK :bad:

 

probably...they don't watch it very often (it comes on most times after bedtime) but one night they did stay up late cuz they had a late nap and I'll bet thats where it came from!

 

My girls pretend to be either Ariel, Cinderella, Belle, a dog, or a cat. Never a baby b/c then they are big girls.

Their big brother is Bubba.

Big sis is just Nay. (short for Renay)

Daddy is silly, and I am either MommyBoo or Mommy my honey! (The last two are beccause I either call them honey or BekahBoo or RayRayBoo)

And sometimes, Bekah is Dr. Bekah. It's hilarious.

 

DS is the Octopus
DD1 is the Tunafish
The little girls are "little fish"
DH is the Killer Whale
I am the Great White Shark (and am considerably lighter in skin tone than anyone else in my family...)

 

I am so glad that I am not the only one that does not have a traditional family :laughing:

I must say that being the mother of a pink dinosaur does have it's perks, today at the mall I did not have to carry my bag AND we got to get on the elevator first! :laughing:
