time for booster seats at the dinner table

So I am sick & tired of our gross and hard to clean high chairs & think it is time to move to a booster at the table.

Any good recommendations??

My DH just came downstairs and I am sitting here on my laptop (shocker!)here is our conversation:

DH: "how's facebook?" (sarcastic)
me: "I'm not on facebook, I'm looking for booster seats for the girls. I think it's time to get rid of the high-chairs"
DH: "really, ugh. Do booster seats strap to the kitchen seats?"
me: "yeah, I think so"
DH: "how about we just bungee their poo-poo-potty's to the seat, they would work great"

Boy do I feel dumb!!
Just went to look at my high chairs (fisher price ones that strap to the chair) and DUH! They turn into a booster seat.
Problem solved and no money spent!! :woo:

We have those same seats and I HATE cleaning them. I'm thinking we'll switch them over around Christmas time.

 

Tamara: Hahah! Thats great you have boosters already there!! Im glad you posted this topic as I think my LOs are ready for boosters too. I have one but it is really unstable and dont want to risk it. I hope you don´t mind me stealing your post :blush:

Can anyone suggest some (FYI: Im based in Spain so I dont know some of the brands you have in the USA )

I have the Safety First 5 in 1 reclining feeding chairs, not sure if they are sold in Spain or not. Fisher Price makes chairs that convert into booster seats. Good luck!

We have the fisher price healthy care delux booster seat...I think thats it?! The heigh is adjustable which is nice because my LO's are on the shorter side...easy to clean, we love them!

 

Thank you! Im going to order these on Amazon as they look great and reviews say their kids have used them at 2yrs+ I wish I´d known about them before getting our highchairs!
