    Hi there,

I know strollers are discussed here a lot and wanted to drop by and give a thumbs up on the Combi SBS. We used out Maclaren SBS really hard, so decided to get a new one. I was able to get a much better price on the Combi SBS new on eBay with free shipping and love it! I loved the Maclaren too, but the Combi folds and unfolds so much easier, IMO, and the cupholders for LOs are a neat feature we didn't have on the Maclaren Twin Triumph. I hope this info. helps someone(s).

We also have a Combi SBS ( The one that folds up like a Golf Bag). Does anyone know if you can buy seatbelt replacements?? Ours broke off on one side!!!

I'm another combi twin lover, I can't imagine trying to one handed push one of the maclaren's with the umbrella stroller type handles!

I love mine too. I don't have cupholders though that would be nice!

For those that have used the Combi and Maclaren SBS which do you think is more durable? I've only briefly "test drove" each and my initial impression was that the Maclaren was a little more sturdy. I think it's because of all of the plastic on the Combi. And I seem to recall a few reviews on Amazon and elsewhere from people complaining that something broke on the Combi. Just wondering what others here think of them regarding durability (and not convenient features where I think the Combi wins out).

definitely not :( Ours came broken (the clip attaching the shoulder belts to the lap belt was broken) and Combi said they would replace it (it had NEVER been used!), but wanted US to pay to ship pieces of the old one to them, AND the new one to us. After we paid $300 for the stroller that we had NEVER ONCE USED. And they also didn't make the more expensive version anymore, and were going to send their newer cheaper version. (I know it didn't have the extended canopies the old one did, I'm not sure of the other differences) I was SO disappointed with their service. That said, I love the stroller itself, just very dissapointed with the service from Combi.

I ended up cutting the strap open myself and replacing it with clips I found at Joanne's - they're actually a LOT sturdier and stay together much better than the ones originally on the stroller. i actually want to replace the 3 other clips that AREN'T broken!!

It really does push well one handed!

IDK about the Combi (I am believing it will), but the Maclaren is very durable. When I say used it hard, I mean it! I'm a little hard core [IMG].
