Cookbooks/Nutrition Books for Babies

    Does anyone know of a website, cookbook, or nutirion book that addresses babies needs? My girls are 4.5 months and I would like to start giving them food at 6 months. But in the mean time I want to educate myself on what they need so that I don't struggle with it (like I do for myself!). Any suggestions?

    I have on of Annabel Karmel's books (she has several). I love it. Tons of info on different stages, recipies and tips for feeding babies and toddlers.

    This book is fabulous. It really shows you how to teach your children to have a healthy view of food and eating and shows you how to develope healthy eating habits in them.

    Ditto this, I love Annabel Karmel too. My favourite of her books is this one. It's English though so you'd probably need to convert the amounts (weight is given in grams).
