I have a growth scan and OB appointment today. I guess he will make the call to pull me out of work. We havent had a growth scan or a real ultrasound in 5 weeks so I am sure there will be lots of info today! I feel like I have gained 20 lbs since I was there just for an OB appointment a week and a half ago. Will update later this evening or in the morning

Had my regular ob appt. today. Everything was great. Baby A heart rate was 147 baby B was 169. They both looked so adorable on the ultrasound. They seemed so much bigger! My blood pressure was 120/79 and I had only gained 2 more pounds. So that makes my weight gain a total of 16 pounds. Both babies are transverse. I now will have weekly appointments.

Update from yesterday! babies didnt want to cooperate 100% during our ultrasound so that took a LONG time! Boys head is WAY down on my pelvic bone and they are both transverse, one behind the other. But she said they were both head down, so now Im realy confused lol and it didnt hit me until just now. But with the boys head where its at, Im thinking he is head down. Their approx weights are 3.9 and 3.12lbs and she even snuck in a quick 3d! My girl had the hiccups and the boy was doing breathing practice.

Dr wanted to take me out of work fully on Friday but we comprimised and he cut me back to 25 hours a week. I go back in 2 more weeks!

My bp was good and my total weight gain is 2 1/2 lbs. He wasnt worried at all bc babies are getting what they needed and I was heavier starting out and had lost almost 10 lbs so technically i gained it back. I am just 2.5lbs over what I actually started off at.

I have my first follow-up after my discharge from the hospital tomorrow, Aug 12 and am nervous. I have not really felt contractions, but I am afraid the OB will find I have dilated further. I also have a NST which is fine, just routine. It will be nice to get out of the house, but kinda weird to just go to the hospital again. Anyway, I will be 33w6d tomorrow so ever closer to that 34 week milestone...then I can work my way the my 35 week milestone :)

Had our last Ultrasound today - everything looked great. Baby A is 5 lb 15 oz and B is 5-13, so their weights look good for our delivery day on Thursday! Tomorrow we have our OB - meet the doctor that's doing the C-section for the first time (our usual dr is on vacation this week so her partner is doing the surgery). Less than 48 hours left!!!!!! :yahoo:

    Great appointments everyone!

We had an ultrasound yesterday, growth and BPP. Babies got an 8/8 on their BPP and were both seen practice breathing, baby boy a is still head down...wayyy down low and baby b girl is still breech. Cervix went from 3.8 a month ago to 2.8 this time so I am hoping that means things are starting to prepare for labor soon. Have an NST tomorrow (last week I was having contractions so we shall see this time). I have been having a ton of BH so we shall see if they show up tomorrow. Oh yea and babies are both measuring 5 1/2 pounds.

    Good luck everyone!

I had my 36 week appointment today - Baby A is 5 lbs. 12 oz. and vertex, Baby B is 5 lbs. 13 oz. and transverse. I am 90% effaced, but not dilated. My cankles are huge, but I have no signs of pre-e, so my OB assures me that all that fluid will disappear once my giant "obstruction" is out of the way - I sure hope so! Still hoping to make it to my 9/1 scheduled c so I can have that September birthday ... I really, really, really don't want to go into labor (ever).

I had a 26 week ultrasound and my doctor's appointment today! Both babies are doing great with Twin A's Pacs not showing up on the ultrasound. Twin A is 1l pound 11ounces and Twin B is 1 pound 14 ounces. My cervix is 4cm so it grew a cm in 3 weeks. He said there is no reason so far why I shouldn't be able to make it to 38 weeks when I will be induced. Twin A is head down and Twin B is breech but it all looks good for a vaginal delivery!

Had my NST today and ended up being hooked up for 2 hours. :( About half way through everytime baby boy a would experience an acceleration baby girl b would also experience a deceleration. So after watching for a while they decided to have me go for another BPP ultrasound. Everything looked normal on the scan, they were concerned about the cord of baby b but it seemed ok. I am supposed to go to LDR for a NST on the weekend and then have my normal OB appt tuesday where we will go ahead and do another NST as well. Here's to hoping it was an anomoly (sp?). Was a little worried I wouldn't be going home tonight so I'm glad to be sitting here.

Thanks so much! I almost went in today, I would have put money on it that today was the big day this morning but after a few hours everything stopped and nothing much more since then. I am definitely going in tomorrow to be checked just in case.
