and we have a green light!

the specialist gave us the green light. the boys are 4.15oz and 4.10oz and will be NICU babies as feeders and growers while i recover from the c-section. i will be 35 weeks exactly.

river howard and alexander isaac will be brought into this world tomorrow at 11am.....i am soooooo excited.

i'm sterilizing bottles as we speak and getting their pacifiers ready to go.

i know it;s early but no one thought we would make it this far and we did!!!

i'll have my laptop with me in recovery so i will try and post pictures then, if i'm not to groggy from the pain meds!!

 

OH HOW EXCITING!!!! :banana: CONGRATS momma! This has been a hugely tough road for you, I cannot even imagine and I know they wouldn't take them unless they felt it was the best possible scenario for all three of you so try and relax and ENJOY your last day without 2 babies on the "outside" heehee. Will definitely be thinking of you and River and Alexander tomorrow, can't wait to hear your birth story and see pics!! :woo:

thanks! we can't wait. daddy is coming home early today to help get us prepared and to spend the last evening together as non parents! he is overly nervous, it;s cute.

but to have come this far is a true miracle AND they will be born on the same day as me, the 23rd, and their uncle AND my dog...lol, so it's a good day!!

Congratulations, I bet you are so excited!! Making it to 35 weeks is great! My girls were born @ 35 weeks + 3 days due to preeclampsia and they were 4 12 and 3 9.5, the littlest one had IUGR though. The bigger twin was in the NICU for 1 day and the other one was in there for 10 just due to her small size. They did great and I'm sure your boys will to. Can't wait to see pics of your new little guys! Hope everything goes smoothly for you!
