I've had what I'm guessing to be BH off and on this week. Yesterday, my stomach HURT from them and then my back started hurting as well- but more of my upper/middle back than low. Again, it's not constant at all. I'm almost 36 weeks. Is this signaling in any way that maybe the babies will come soon? Thanks! This my first babies and I don't know what to expect!

    Hi there!!
I am guessing you are getting close :good: but every pregnancy is different ~ Remember to stay super duper hydrated & rest when you can to keep those little ones in for longer!
It wouldn't hurt to let your OB know what you are feeling - they like to be aware of any changes :good:

    Good luck!

I am not too sure, since u said that they are not regular. However, I had what I thought were BH, only to be wheeled into L&D from my dr and finding out that I was having contractions I didn't feel and that they had dilated my cervix. So my advice to you is to ither give a call to your doctor or head-out to L&D!
    Good luck!!!

I have been getting lots of BH and overall soreness too. I plan to tell my doc at my next appt which is wednesday because I've only had 2 painful contractions, they were like a week ago and about 6 hours apart, so I'm pretty sure I'm not in labor. But if you are in labor you're in early stages where you'd be playing the waiting game anyway! So I wouldn't think it would be an issue unless you're noticing your BH is really frequent and regular.

Couldn't have said it better myself. :good: Definately give your doctors a call and let them know what's going on and they'll let you know what they think is best.
