1st Birthday present?

My beautiful twins are turning 1 in just a few weeks and, I have No idea what would be a good present for them! I would really like to get them each something different. I have a Boy and Girl. I also want something that will grow with them too. Any Ideas

 

We got the babies a zoo membership.

 

This is a great idea! I wish I had thought of that!
We got our DS a talking cookie monster and DD a talking Brobee (from Yo Gabba Gabba). It turned out that they shared them but yet they will fight to the death over a plastic spatula...

We got ours the 2 seater radio flyer wagon with canopy. That was their "big" gift to share. We also got each of them little things like books, cars, DVD, etc....

 

I got Katie a ride on toy like THIS for her 1st Birthday.

 

We got Max & Lily a Step 2 50's diner. One side is like a kitchen playset and the other is a little booth. They are still too young to play with it, so it is in our computer room. We figure they will grow into it in the next few months. It sells for like $160, but Walmart had it on sale for $99 so DH was pushing to buy it early. I am glad we got it and can't wait to see them play with it.

 

Oh, I forgot...we got them a crawl tunnel, too! They loved it!!

 

What kind of tunnel did you get them? I have been looking at some but they say 3 and up. I am not sure if it would be okay anyway- like Pacific Play Tents tunnel or Schyling, etc..

 

This is the tunnel we bought. It does say it for 3 and up also, but I don't quite understand why.
