what's your nap routine?

My boys are 4 months old and I'm trying to be more structured with our daytime naps. I know routine is key, but I'm not sure what will work for them. At night they're pretty good, they get a bottle, then hang out in bouncy seats for a few minutes then I change diapers, wash hands and faces (or do baths) and put on PJs. They fall asleep with minimal CIO.

Anyone have a daytime nap routine they'd like to recommend?

We wind down by turning lights and noise off, read "Ruby's dressed" to them in bouncies, lullabye goes on while i change bums, into sleepsacks, rock and "go sleepytime"
Your nighttime routine sounds really good and dvery o-able at naptimes also.

During the FY, we did quiet time before naps, I would change diapers, give them a bottle, keep the rooms with low light and have their lullabyes going. Good luck!

During the day for naps, I change their diaper, feed them, have the lights turned off and the curtains closed and I sing "Twinkle twinkle little star" before I put them in their crib. As I leave I turn on their rain (white noise).

I always changed diapers, then gave bottles, then put them in the crib with some kind of white noise, closed the door & that was it for naps. They tended to get really sleepy after eating during the day so it was actually pretty easy to get them down for naps.

Nurse, white noise, give them their lovies. A lot of times they fall asleep nursing. If not, I put them down and leave the room.
