My babies slept through last night for the first time in about 3 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They went to bed at 5.30pm (early for them but they fought of the 3rd nap) woke up chattering at 1am till about half past and then got up for the day at 5.50am!!! NO NIGHT FEEDS? I am keeping everything crossed that they can continue to do this, i don't think i got any extra sleep out of it as i was waiting to be summoned for the rest of the night but at least i got to lay in my bed ALL night and not have to get up once

    So proud of them!

YAY!!! I noticed when we moved their bedtime to around that time they slept through the night as well. If it was later they would wake up with less amount of sleep. I hope it continues!

Lisa congrats to you too, 7hrs is more than a step in the right direction! :clapping:

I have just put them down at 5.45pm and i don't care if i am up at 5am for the rest of my days.. so long as they carry on sleeping instead of eating at night! I might even start to look less like a zombie soon

Just thought i would update this thread of last nights progress..

The girls were sleeping for 5.45pm, last feed at 4.30pm and 4.40pm and not a peep out of them until 4am this morning :yahoo: So again they have nearly done another 12 hr stretch!! They went back to sleep till 7.15am and Ruby had to be woken up lol the sleepyhead!

It would be nice if we could get bedtime a little later in view of them waking later but i honestly think they woke at 4 out of habit rather than hunger. They only ate 3oz but after sleeping nearly 12hrs i didn't have the heart to ignore them but i can deal with that, it's a luxury to have so much time to myself of an evening AND get a nice long stretch of sleep..i was in bed for 9pm as DF was working the night shift i didn't know what to do with myself!

    Yay that's AWESOME!! WTG Girls!!

Although it would kill me if my babes were up that early, I"m such a night owl dh and I are usually up until 1-2 am! But if you can handle it, that's great! :D

They'll move their bedtime a little later, they just have to get used to the new schedule. We are now closer to 6 and a wake up close to 7.

When they first started STTN, we would go to bed and be on edge thinking they would wake up at any moment. LOL!

Well my excitement was cut short last night! They woke for a feed around 2am, i'm thankful that it was brief and they went straight back to sleep but sad as i though we had turned a corner :( Oh well i can get a full nights sleep when the are 21 lol
