Okay, don't want to hurt anyones feelings if they have called their babies these names, but I am driving my husband crazy by suggesting names that are funny together and I need further ammo to completely send him to the nut house so suggestions please!
    My whackiest:
Dorothy and Dashiel (Dot and Dash - that would be so cute!)
Fritz and Devon (you might have to be Aussie to get this)
    Smith and Wesson
    Indi and Anna
Tommo and Hawk (just like the Book)
Maverick and MacGuyver (Mav and Mac - I actually LOVE these names together)

Can't think of anymore it's getting to late.

These names are all to crazy for my husband yet he has suggested Banjo and Rocco (Banji and Rocky) for real!

With names like Maverick and MacGuyver you would think they'd grow up to be DEA, FBI or CIA agents, or at the very least cops. Good luck with the process. I actually heard Breck and Bryer for twin boys and I've fallen in love.

My husband suggested "Truck" and "Beef" because they were solid, manly names. He also suggested Diamond-que and Diamond-elle which are what the fake diamonds are called on one of the home shopping channels. He thinks he is very funny.

Floyd and Cloyd are classic! Floydette and Cloydette would have been GORGEOUS!
I know a father/son called Wayne and Dwayne and half brothers called Brandon and Brayden
I have met twins called Fletcher and Carrie (Fletch and Carrie.....fetch and carry)

There was a story in the news recently about the birth of twins who were named Curt and Curtis . . . how confusing would that be?

Personally, i would never do rhyming names, or silly "Jack and Jill" type pairings.

One name I loved was Juliette, but DH was afraid that everyone would just call her brother Romeo.

Eeeheheheeeee. I love other evil minds like mine. :D I have teased my husband with the following before we knew for sure they were girls.

    Baskin and Robbins
Ben and Jerry (yes, I love my ice cream)
    Over and Out
    Neo and Trinity
    Flora and Fauna
    Darla and Starla

(and the boys still say we should call them Gizmo and Gadget....lol)

Okay my dad suggested for girls Helga and Brumhilda...I'm not so sure about these. For boys he liked Peyton and Eli (think NFL)...we are having girls...so Peyton and Eli are out.

My husband has twins in his family. Ray and Roy
They also have some interesting names to pass around the family. FIL's first name is Lloyd, his brothers first name is
Oid. <-Not a typo. Rhymes with Lloyd. :tease: Oid decided to pass on a nice tradition to his son and that is to give your child a middle name that begins with an O. So DH has cousins with the middle names Oid and Oren. Whatever happened to Oscar or Oliver at least??!!

i recently got an email joke about a lady with 12 kids... all boys and girls named ...
    ready for this?...
Leroy (for the boys) and Leighroy (for the girls)
so that way when she wanted their attention, she just yelled "LEROY!"
and when asked how she would call them on an individual basis
    she replied
"i just use their last names"

so I guess that would be my least favorite pair of names for twins :)

I went to highschool with some id boys that were Vietnamese.

One was named Viet and the other one was Nam.

I don't think I'd do that to mine. I don't think I'd name mine United and States. LOL - hey if it was triplets I could do United, States, and America. LOL

when I was pregnant before we actually knew we were having b/g we called them Al and Betty - from the Paul Simon song "You Can Call Me Al" (also because they used the terms Twin A and Twin B - hence Al and Betty)...
